As Impact’s CEO since 2000 Tim’s focus has been on the selling side. But when he started in 1981 he worked in the operations side of Impact. Tim says he likes that Impact has “So many good people working hard to try to create an environment where the employees are happy in their roles and our clients like doing business with us.”
Tim and his wife have 5 children. In his spare time Tim likes to play tennis, swim or watch his kids as they participate in their activities (which vary from sports to music). Tim was a high school teacher before starting at Impact where he taught both Math and Computer Programming.
