• Waste due to random QA functions, machine configuration, and spoilage are immediately placed in large bins which are locked, not accessible to Impact employees, and are picked up by Impact’s shredding vendor to shred the documents off‐site

This location is a hot site which means that it is available and active at the same time as the corporate network. In the event of an emergency, our remote location will allow personnel to connect to the backup network using Citrix along with two‐factor authentication from anywhere.
